Well done to Zynn Webster and Sivulyile Ntdinde from our School of ICT who recently represented South Africa in the EMEA section of the international CISCO CCNA Netriders competition after being placed 1st and 3rd respectively in the national leg of the competition.

They then went on to compete against the winners from the other competing countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  The top five students in the international competition won a study trip prize to Cisco headquarters in the US. Although they were not amongst the top five, they represented the School of ICT extremely well and we congratulate them on their achievements.

Cisco Networking Academy NetRiders competitions utilise Cisco's Web 2.0 technologies to create an interactive networking skills contest that enhances classroom learning, unites students from across the world, and promotes further technology education and training.
